Pop OS has been a very clean looking experience for me.
You can even start this as a regular job via crontabs!
Edit April 2022: being able to deploy a single app now also relatively easy to macos, ios, android and web is a great tool. Upgrading my app to null safety was a bit of a hassle. As a backend I used firebase database.
